Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens age 17 & 19) stayed here for 4 nights in July 2026. Communicating with Rob was excellent, he was very responsive. Check in/out was easy. The apartment was spotless, very family-friendly but quiet. The location was great; Crest pavilion is across the street, and we enjoyed tossing a frisbee on the large open lawn and listening to music on Saturday night, or the short walk to the beach. It was a short drive to public parking for the boardwalk, restaurants and Cape May. Thank you for helping us make some memories!!

Honestly I paid 1200 for 3 nights here and could have paid 450 less for the exact same experience at the Gold Crest Motel across the road with the same access to the beach and room size. Just stay there and save yourself some instead of this place. Way overpriced for what it is

Our property is one of the best in the neighborhood.Our unit prices have always been amongst the lowest in the area if we look at similar units even today. When the guest booked, obviously this was the case else why would she book with us! The hotel the guest mentions is directly across from us, and is a direct competitor, and there could be various reasons. Maybe that had a late cancellation or something.

Great condo in a great location! It was only my daughter and I staying there, so it was just the right size. Love that there was a pool, and the park, bike rentals and splash pad were 2 blocks away, as were Some breakfast options. When we went to the boardwalk it was only a 5 minute drive or less to the convention center area. Would definitely stay here again!
