About this property

Child friendly home close to downtown Reykjavik

Our home has four bedrooms which can fit two adults in each room. The master bedroom is also equipped with one baby crib. This property can therefore host up to 8 adults and a baby.

The location of our home is perfect. It is in a quiet neighborhood on the west-side of Reykjavik (Vesturbaer). It is within a walking distance of downtown Reykjavik without the buzz of downtown. There is a small private back garden with a hot tub and a Weber BBQ.

Our home is on three floors. The ground floor has the entrance to the apartment. The ground floor contains the kitchen, a toilet and a dining room for up to 8 people. There is also a room with an office table you can work at.
The top floor (one flight of stairs up) has a living room, a TV room (with 65 inch TV), a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other is the master bedroom with king size tempur bed and one baby crib.
The basement contains two bedrooms with queen and king size beds plus a bathroom with a shower.
