This was a great studio property. It had everything we needed or wanted. We liked that it was a little outside the busy parts of town but we still felt close to everything we needed.

This is a beautiful space, with so much light, easy access to downtown Princeton and other nearby towns, and even to NYC for a quick day trip. Ideal for a writing retreat --with a huge picture window that looks out onto nearby farms/woods. Also great for anyone doing business/visiting Princeton University -- whether for a few days or a longer stretch (I was there for a full month). Close to several grocery options and great restaurants ranging from 5 min away to 30 if you want to go into Hopewell or the like. Very tranquil. Lots of hiking/walking trails nearby. Tobias is an excellent host, super responsive to queries and requests, and fun to chat with about the Farmhouse, music, and more. Highly recommend and hope to stay here again one day when passing through to see friends!
Perfect view for writing!

Beautiful, spacious place to rest and recoup while seeing friends and family in the area. I really appreciated the comfortable big bed, high ceilings, kitchen space, and hardwood floors. The studio is full of light, and the views of the meadow and the colorful fall trees were wonderful. The apartment was very thoughtfully designed and constructed to be beautiful and functional. We made good use of the washer and drier; and we enjoyed the complete privacy of this unique place. Awesome location for us to see people in Princeton and surrounding area. And Tobias is a great communicator and host. Highly recommend!
