Outstanding accommodations! The condo was very clean with a fantastic view of the ocean from north to south. Very easy access to the beach and A1A. We have stayed at PBC twice and will book again for our next visit. Very quiet nights too which we greatly appreciated!

Great stay. Convenient location to Cocoa Beach. Enjoyed great restaurants in the area and drive to Orlando attractions was easily done. We loved the pool overlooking the ocean, so we didn’t have to go to the beach to enjoy the ocean.

Paradise Beach Club was a great property for our family vacation. It has a nice pool, and beach access is very convenient. Unit 337 was nicely furnished; the kitchen was well equipped; and it had a great view of the pool and beach. The Internet connection worked well for "work from home."

Beuatiful ocean view

This condo has an excellent direct oceanfront balcony with barstool chairs so you get a great view of the water. The condo had everything you could want, including beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, etc. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nicely decorated. We found a lot of restaurants in the area and not a lot of traffic when we stayed there the last week of February.

Beach front!!!!!

Location excellent pool and beach right out the door. Apt. well equiped but sheets always coming off all beds even after strenuous tucking. Ants on coffee table. Bug guy comes tomorrow!!!!! Would stay again though

Great spot for winter vac

We stayed last 2 1/2 weeks of January 2024, was very enjoyable even though the weather was cool - pool is heated. Our unit had superb view of beach, ocean and pool. Lots of restaurants and grocery shops close by. We met a number of "neighbors", all seemed positive and most had stayed at this resort >1 time before. The bedrooms/sleeping layout of our unit was unusual but worked for us, and I think also would be good for family with 4-5 children. Recommend this resort without hesitation, but our unit has not been updated for some time, and when we return (which we definitely will) we will likely select a different unit, especially for longer stay.

Almost too close to the ocean

Great view, but not much beach to walk on until low tide. Only thing that I can complain about is in the ruless it states children under 12 must have parent supervision at pool. There was like a family that rented out like 2 bottom floor rooms with at least 7 kids between them with the majority of them under 12 and would just sit on their patio (which is not the pool patio) and let the kids pretty much run the whole pool area. We weren't the only ones to notice this. I know this wasn't something that couldn't really be controlled at the time. BUT pool rules should maybe be enforced a little better.

It was a pleasure speaking with you and we are really glad to hear that overall you enjoyed your stay. Thankfully since your stay the city of Satellite Beach and Brevard County completed a beach replenishment project that not only helped to restore the sand that had washed away during Hurricane Irma but actually added more. It can take some time to get those type of jobs approved and scheduled after a storm but luckily they are very active in monitoring and fixing the beaches whenever needed (which is not that often) I will pass along your other comments to our onsite management team who are there to make sure that guests behave appropriately and everyone can enjoy the property equally. The husband and wife team live onsite and are there 24/7 so we encourage all of our guests to let them know if there is an issue or someone behaving inappropriately. We really do appreciate the feedback and look forward to having you back again sometime soon.

Beautiful view, but beware of rocky reef in the water.

This condo is super close to the water!! We enjoyed sunrises from the balcony. Loved the room with 3 beds for my children. Lots of storage. The condo is across from the elevator and coin laundry machines. ($4 a load) Another plus was the beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and boogie boards that were included. Large TVs in all the rooms. The pool is heated and very warm. The grounds were kept clean. Many good restaurants and attractions nearby. A condo is being built next door. Our only problem was the ocean water. There is a long rock reef about 8 to 10 ft out running along the coast in front of the condo. We couldn't enjoy the water because the rock reef hurt our feet and if we did get pass the rocks the waves would smash you back into it. A long line of shells were about 5 ft. in the water which also hurt while swimming. We had to drive 8 minutes South to find a public beach without rocks and shells.

Nice place for the kiddos

It was our first time in the area, so much more laid back and quiet then Cocoa Beach. The Ocean view was incredible from the condo. Keep in mind the balcony was directly in front of the pool, which most of the time was full of families and children. The condo was fully equipped with all the basic amenities, nice little kitchen and beds were comfortable, but the couch and love seat need to be replaced. The resort is one of the older buildings more for families with children and pets. As a couple we would return to the area but would stay somewhere different.

Great property, great unit

Stayed for one week in October with my two teen children. The unit we stayed in had plenty of room, although the kitchen was very small if you plan to do any cooking. There are all the kitchen tools you need, but no tupperwear for leftovers and half of the measuring cups and spoons are missing. But the location was perfect, easy access to Publix and lots of takeout. When we showed up the floors were a little gritty, but we found a broom in the closet and were able to clean the floors. There were plenty of towels, and the room had toilet paper, paper towels, and small, wrapped soap. Everything you need for a few days.

Smells and needs work

First off I want to warn everyone that they will need to buy toilet paper and hand soap. After a 19 hour drive we get to the unit and there was only enough toilet paper in the roll for 1 time and absolutely no soap in the unit. The unit smelled musty and moldy, it was outdated and the furniture and beds were not comfortable. As a matter of fact the bunk beds creaked and moaned every-time my son (who is only 90lbs) would move, I was worried they were going to fall apart. Also TV didn’t work, in the email I received prior to check in listed how to trouble shoot it, so if you know it’s having trouble the own should just FIX it! Disappointed that you spend that kind of money and the unit was only sub par. I will not rent again. Area/location was great we were there for a Softabll tournament. I did not contact the owners with anything while I was there, we were stretched for time with the games as it was (so that is why I gave the communication a good rating, because I really don’t know)

I really wish you would have let me know about these concerns you had in our various check-in points, we would have been happy to address them with you! Toilet paper & hand soap is stocked in the unit! I know you arrived earlier than the stated check-in time, so the housekeepers didn’t have a chance to finish dropping off the items. We appreciate you letting us know about the furniture, and we will absolutely be looking at correcting these. In regards to the TV, it does work. We do offer helpful tips for our guests as some like to add their own Roku or watch streaming services.

Quite small beach!

If you are looking for an awesome family time without all of the touristy crowds, then this is the place for you! The owner was very responsive! The 2 dog parks are awesome! The management and crew that work there and keep the place going were all very nice and friendly!
