Host was very responsive, left a note to text her with any questions. Very clean and beautiful, beds were comfy, the bar outside in the shed would of been awesome to have people over for drinks. You wake up to the lake right outside the door. Would 100% stay again, and let me say my wife is the pickiest person ever when it comes to staying at hotels/vrbos so to say she was happy with this place says alot.

This home was very tastefully decorated and the best stocked rental I have ever been in! Great beds and bathrooms with plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Very quiet north woods property. The booking, check-in and check out were seem less.

We just love the house. All of the women thought the beds were comfy, and we love the fireplace area. Super safe walking to the fire pit. We will be back next year.

Kelly’s property in Townsend was gorgeous! Everything was very clean it had everything you would need. She was a great host. Prompt and informational. Can’t say enough about this property. It would be great for a family! Thank you for everything, Kelly!

My family and I booked a quick trip up north for New Years. The house had everything we needed, communication with the owners was excellent, and the fishing on the lake was terrific! We had a nice relaxing stay and would definitely come back. This would be an excellent lake for a summertime stay as well.

I booked the house on Aug 2 for our stay on Oct 3rd. We rode down from Copper Harbor, MI on the motorcycles for our fall trip. We were ahead of schedule coming into town so I messaged Kelly on the app around 1pm I believe to see if there was a possibility of checking in early. I received no response so we rode some of the rustic roads in the area and went to Waubee Lodge in Lakewood for dinner. Dinner took much longer than expected due to poor wait staffing and we rode to the house in the dark and arrived at 8pm. We were cold and tired and just wanted to relax and used the door code to get in only to find the house uncleaned. There were dishes let out in the hallway and the bedroom just past the entrance on the right clearly had a dirty unmade bed. I called Kelly to ask what the issue was and she said she had no record of our stay. She asked what she wanted me to do about it and I told her to cancel our reservation and provide a refund. We then had to find other lodging in the northwoods of WI at 8pm on a Sat night. Furthermore, I was not given a full refund and I had to contact VRBO for the rest of my money.
