Please carefully examine the following property regulations, adherence to which is mandatory for the duration of your stay. Non-compliance with these regulations will result in the immediate termination of your reservation without reimbursement.

Prohibition of Smoking:

Smoking is strictly prohibited within the interior of the property. Designated outdoor areas are provided for smoking.
Penalty for violation: A fine of $350.00 will be levied.
Occupancy Limitations and Permitted Use:

The property is designated for private residential occupancy by the number of individuals specified in the confirmed reservation. Additional overnight guests are prohibited unless explicit written authorization is obtained from the property owner.
Excessive noise or activities that may disrupt the tranquility of the neighborhood or contravene insurance policy stipulations are expressly forbidden. Any law enforcement intervention due to disturbances will result in the immediate termination of the reservation and forfeiture of the security deposit.
Damage Liability:

Any damage incurred to the property will result in a minimum penalty of $500.00, with further charges assessed based on the extent of the damage.
Arrival and Departure Procedures:

Provision of Infant Equipment:

Requests for a pack and play or high chair must be submitted at the time of reservation. Availability will be confirmed prior to your arrival.
