We love to vacation, but have found that we've always had the best time when everyone in our family or group can stay under one roof. While we enjoy hosting a variety of groups from wedding parties, family reunions, birthdays, and friends getting together, we generally cater the home to families with young children like our own.
Why they chose this property
The views of the lake and the proximity to the marina, local restaurants, and Lake Lanier Islands Resort and Margaritaville are why we chose this neighborhood. There are countless things to do in the area and we enjoy each season as it comes by from the water park in Margaritaville in the summer to Snow Island in the winter.
What makes this property unique
Custom built house to the original owner's standards to have expansive views of Holiday Marina on Lake Lanier along with many places for friends and family to gather and socialize. This home is truly one of a kind.
