And as you know, your reservation was back to back which is why we couldn't offer early check-in due to the fact we were in the middle of peak season. We appreciate you mentioning the outdoor areas as well. While we do our best to keep the decks and dock clean, being on the lake and surrounded by nature means cobwebs, pollen, leaves, and other outdoor elements can appear very quickly—sometimes even within hours of a cleaning. That said, the old fishing gear and an empty can are certainly not the experience we want our guests to have, and we've addressed those items with our team but certainly not a reason to lower a review.

From time to time, certain outdoor items are replaced due to wear, and while we do our best to keep photos updated, we’ll make sure our listing reflects the current inventory more accurately moving forward. Other than a differing in colors of tubes/kayaks, we would love to know what discrepancy you are referring to since the tube & kayaks were available during your stay.
