Life is busy, but at the lake everyone comes together!

Inside the renovated cottage, opulent finishes adorn every corner. Positioned north of the Outlet Mall and Dawsonville's vibrant venues, the main level boasts an inviting gourmet kitchen seamlessly connecting to the stylish family room adorned with a wood-burning fireplace—perfect for entertaining. The spacious master suite ensures optimal comfort, featuring barn-door access to the master bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest room offers a queen and single bed, complemented by a walk-in closet, while the guest bathroom boasts a shower/tub combo. Step out onto the deck and immerse yourself in nature.

The lower level of the cabin is a treasure trove of amenities. Engage in a game of pool or try your hand at ping pong. Lounge on the oversized sectional while enjoying your favorite movie and sporting events. This level also hosts a sleeping nook, a bunk room with three sets of bunk beds, a full bathroom, and a laundry room. This place is an outstanding get away located on the north side of the lake. Perfect location for cruising and enjoying the lake life. It was just two of us and our dogs but the layout is set up perfectly for two families with an entire floor for the kids!! They allow dogs which is a huge benefit !! So if you love to bring your pets and enjoy all the lake has to offer this place can’t be beat!!

From time to time, certain outdoor items are replaced due to wear, and while we do our best to keep photos updated, we’ll make sure our listing reflects the current inventory more accurately moving forward. Other than a differing in colors of tubes/kayaks, we would love to know what discrepancy you are referring to since the tube & kayaks were available during your stay. The house is cute though a little rough and ready. The screened in porch is great. We enjoyed chilling down at the dock. We did use bath towels as there were no beach towels. The pictures aren’t an accurate reflection of what is available. There is a coffee pot instead of Kurig (so my pods were useless & we had to buy ground coffee). There were no adult life vest (there appeared to be 3 hanging in one of the photos). There wasn’t sugar which I would think would be considered a basic provision…Nothing earth shattering, but I’m a serial VRBO user & I pack according to the listing.

I am very surprised by your review. As a self-proclaimed “serial” VRBO user, I would have expected you to reach out if you were unable to locate something, as we could have easily assisted you. The life vests were located in the closet by the bunk beds and were available throughout your entire stay. We are also very transparent about what amenities are and are not provided. Beach towels, sugar, and coffee are not listed amenities, so it is unusual to criticize the property for items that were never advertised as included. We are always happy to help guests during their stay, but we can only address concerns or answer questions when they are communicated to us.

Our family of five really enjoyed our stay at Toto Creek. The house is beautiful and easy access to restaurants and parks nearby. We rented a boat and enjoyed having the dock to store it and swim. We will be back!

The house is really cute. The walk to the lake is pretty steep. Wish you could actually see the lake from the house. But we enjoyed our family time together. It was clean and had mostly everything we needed to cook.

Dahlonega Friends Getaway

The lake house is convenient to so many areas: Dahlonega, Cleveland, Helen and Dawsonville. We loved the surrounding areas but we also enjoyed coming back to the house and hanging out. The furnishings were a comfortable and the space was perfect. Loved the view of the laktemperature

Relaxing retreat

We enjoyed our stay . The neighborhood was so quiet you felt like you were miles and miles from civilization but yet every convenience you needed was really just 10 minutes away. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Everything was in working order. Would def recommend for families looking for a getaway.

This was a great property. We definitely had fun inside since the weather didn't cooperate. You will need to bring something to stream your favorite service for the TVs, since there is no cable service, this wouldn't normally be an issue but since it was raining all weekend we didn't get to enjoy the dock as much as we would have liked.

Perfect Lake Life

All the details and amenities adding comfort and fun to our family friends lake trip! Tucked away enough for the kids to swim and kayak away from a lot of boat traffic, this house was perfect for us. Inside the kids had an awesome downstairs to play, chill and sleep. The beds were all comfortable and when we walked in, it just felt like home. Would love to stay again!
