New, complete apt, for up to 8 people, with 2 bedrooms with air conditioning and ceiling fans and two bathrooms being, one bedroom suite with double bed and a single auxiliary bed, another bedroom with two single beds and an auxiliary bed single and two extra single mattresses. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove and microwave. Ceiling fan in all rooms including the living room, gourmet balcony with barbecue. The condominium has elevator, concierge 24 hrs, swimming pool and barbecue in the common area and a parking space. Excellent location: 1.5 km from Praia Grande and 1 km from Praia do Tenório, close to downtown, bakeries, pharmacies, ice cream shops, main restaurants, Porto Itaguá Shopping Mall, Aquarium and Tamar Project (Sea Turtles). Just 600 m from the Itaguá Beach boardwalk where you can enjoy pleasant walks and bike rides with the whole family through the bike path. It is also the place to go out on the schooner tours of the beaches and islands, including the famous island of Anchieta and Ilha das Cabanas.
