Pelo cuidado em nós informar na volta da viagem que estava muito trânsito nas rodovias. Quanto as dependências do Condomínio e do apartamento são todas ótimas, bem localizado em termos de supermercado, Shopping e da Praia Grande de Ubatuba. Móveis e utensílios em ótimo estado. Recomendo o imóvel, que é de ótima localização com acesso tanto para praias, quanto para o centro da cidade. O apartamento, os móveis e utensílios estavam todos muito bem conservados. Eliana a dona do imóvel é nota 10, super atenciosa, prestativa e profissional . O apartamento possui churrasqueira com cobertura, elevadores e muita segurança e tranquilidade, sem falar da zeladora Pedra, que nos deu todo suporte durante nossa estadia. Gostaria de recomendar o imóvel descrito acima para qualquer público. Ex.: famílias, casal, idosos, crianças. As dependências do condomínio são todas limpas, conservados e com segurança, os blocos possuem piscina com ótimo estado de conservação, elevadores de fácil acesso. O apartamento, os móveis e utensílios estavam todos conservados, limpos e novos. Possui churrasqueira particular com cobertura. A dona Eliana Casadei foi super atenciosa, prestativa e profissional desde o primeiro contato. Informando e tirando todas as dúvidas. Orientando sobre melhores praias da região, e super preocupada em nos informar sobre as condições da estrada no final da estadia. Sem dúvidas foi o melhor recesso que tive com a minha família, já estou programando a próxima viagem !
