Had to leave the unit as the owner was not authorized to lease unit

We were kicked out of the unit early because the owner was not authorized to rent the unit via the terms of the lease agreement. The host canceled the unit in the middle of my stay forcing me to find residence somewhere else and tried to charge an extra 100 when I was forced to leave 3 days early.
