We’re so glad to hear you and your family had a great stay, and we truly appreciate your kind words about the cleanliness, communication, and all the little touches—we love making our guests feel welcome! We also really value your honest feedback and suggestions. The carpet in the primary bedroom is professionally and thoroughly cleaned after each stay, but we understand that flooring preferences vary and will definitely keep this in mind for future updates. Regarding the washer and dryer—we would love to offer a full-size set, but due to space limitations, the compact size is the best fit. This is actually quite common in smaller Cape Cod homes. We also wish we could provide a full-size propane grill, but unfortunately, our homeowners’ association requires grills to be at least 10 feet away from the house, which makes that a challenge with the setup. Thank you as well for your note about the mattress and comforter—we’re always looking for ways to improve guest comfort, and we appreciate your input.
