Situated on Cape Hollow Cove, this Sunrise Beach retreat is perfect for a Lake of the Ozarks getaway. Enjoy boating, paddleboarding, and local parks before unwinding with a grilled meal and scenic views. This 2-bedroom, 1-bath home features a private dock, home theater, kayaks, fire pit, full kitchen, and outdoor seating. With Smart TVs, WiFi, and keyless entry, comfort meets adventure. Close to marinas, golf, and hiking, this lakeside escape is an ideal home base!
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
You will also be given the choice between authorizing a damage deposit of $500, or a non-refundable damage waiver of $35.
