Beautiful home nestled in the heart of Ruidoso on almost three quarter acres. Home is elegantly furnished with large gathering areas including the foyer with sitting area and foosball table, game room with pool table and large screen TV, and huge open concept great room for cooking, dining, and sitting by the fireplace. The home is nearly 3000sf with 3 full baths and 4 bedrooms- 3 with king beds and 1 with built-in bunk beds and a large TV for gaming. Two levels with easy access from a flat street and driveway to the front door. Several outdoor areas to grill and dine, relax in the hot tub, or simply enjoy nature.

Spring Break 2024

The house was perfect for our spring break getaway! There were twelve of us and everyone had plenty of room! The kids loved the entertainment downstairs, pool table and foosball table were a big plus!

What an amazing place to stay at, this is our second time staying at this house. We had Elk, Deer and Wild Horses show up- some kind of animal showed up every single day. This house is close to everything you need. There is so much to do. Lots of room for a big family trip.

This was a beautiful property with so much to do within the home. It felt like home away from home! The host was super attentive, responses were prompt. Very beautiful outside the home. Perfect for Large groups!

What a rare gem to find a large enough place for our whole family to find beds and divide into rooms that accommodate us! No shortage of space here! We did travel with 2 toddlers and had to purchase baby gates for the stair to prevent any disasters. But still have zero complaints! So much wildlife came up to the house, great spot to get around town and to the Mountain. We hope to visit here again!

Family Ski trip.

This place was perfect for 9 adults. The place was super clean and very well stocked. We were within minutes from downtown and 30 minutes from the ski mountain. Our adult children enjoyed the pool table and hot tub and the blue tooth speakers were great ! Would definitely recommend this house for a big family. The owners even provided a decorated Christmas tree! Only negative is that there wasn’t a fire pit. We could have really used one. Overall a 5 star property.

Amazing Home

Took a Mini weekend trip with family and this home is spectacular. Pictures don’t do justice on how beautiful and spacious this house is. The house smelled and was very clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need for cooking. Lots of pan, pots, cups etc. Neighborhood is nice and quiet and is very close to stores. Overall it was a great weekend with no complaints, will definitely be booking again!
