Six tournament bass fishermen stayed at the house last week. The house was perfect for our use. We parked trucks and trailers easily and has most convenient access to a boat ramp. Wonderful back porch for nightly grilling and lake view. Plenty of beds. Two fridges in the kitchen plus a separate freezer were great.
There is no better place on the lake for a group of fishermen to hang out for a week.
We felt we were literally staying at a friend's lakehouse - the photos are consistent with the style we experienced. This is not a remodeled, updated house, and it does not pretend to be either. It has the most lovely back yard covered with gorgeous shade trees - the perfect S'mores fire pit and plenty of chairs for me and my family to enjoy. 7 of us slept perfectly. We made great memories, fished from the pier, where we caught and released a few small fish and star-gazed. Floated in the water with our floats and enjoyed yard games we brought, like washers, bag toss, etc. Perfect views of the water and plenty of huge shade trees to enjoy the water views while sitting on the back porch rocking in the chairs.
You're good to go here! Just book it and dont worry anymore. Matt was phenomenal and took perfect care of us. We had a blast!! There were 4 adults and 5 kids and the amount of room and beds was perfect. Having communication with Matt/Owner was huge! The fishing is awesome here! We caught sooooo many catfish and white bass. We fished with Shad, but were very successful with lures as well. Bring life jackets for the kids and they will swim for hours. There aren't any shallow areas so bring a bunch of things to float on and you will be good. Kayaking is perfect here. There is music inside, beds were comfy, everything you need, tons of towels, a washer and dryer and two refrigerators! Huge open back patio with a perfect view of the water and plenty of yard space and patio space for the kids to run around and play. Thank you Matt and your family for a wonderful vacation! We appreciate you!

Very very nice.
Property was perfect for our purpose. We had 8 tournament fishermen here for 4 nights. Ample parking for 5 boats and trucks and perfect with access to a private boat ramp. Lots of space for cooking, grilling, and hanging out. Will definitely consider for use at our next big tournament on Lake Limestone. Owner met me there and was very helpful with communications. Very good stay.
