The hotel stay itself was excellent—truly top-notch—but they have a major problem with parking. I was never able to park on the property; I always had to cross the street with my wife and children to park my vehicle. This was a major issue because the streets were packed with cars and traffic was heavy, so I had to expose my family to the danger of crossing the street every night—all because there was no parking available at a property where I had paid a significant amount of money. I wasn't happy about that. My family safety is always first

Thank you for the 5-star review. I’m glad your stay at SunDestin 1715 was excellent, and I’m very sorry parking availability forced your family to cross the street and created a safety concern. That’s not the experience we want for our guests. I’ve shared your feedback with onsite management so they can review parking use and possible safety measures. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to host you again. RealJoy Vacations
