1 bedroom, two bathroom (Sleeps 6) renovated ocean front unit directly facing the Gulf of Mexico with spectacular panoramic views of the Emerald Coast.

Pelican Beach Resort is on the beach, no need to cross any roads.

In addition to the King bed in the master bedroom, there is a twin over twin bunk bed in the hall and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping up to 6 people. Master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and there is a second full bathroom in the hall.

This unit offers a full kitchen with all necessary appliances, utensils and cooking equipment. For your convenience, there is a coin operated laundry room on each floor. You will find a DVD player and two large smart flat screen TV's in this unit. Complimentary Netflix is included on living room TV. Enjoy super high speed complimentary Wifi.

Pelican Beach Resort is conveniently located in the heart of Destin with great dining and shopping around and right across the street from the Big Kahuna's water park. In addition, there are many recreational activities nearby.

All Pelican Beach units, balconies and common areas are smoke-free.

Great place to stay!

The only problem we had here were the elevators. They had all of them fixed in a couple days. The condo itself had everything we need. There was plenty of space and the view of the beach was perfect!

Gulf Front Gratitude

This well-appointed, immaculately clean condo was just what we needed for a getaway. The Pelican Resort has thought of it all. Indoor outdoor pool for rain, an even a second outdoor pool. Lovely hot tubs, all right in the heart of Destin.

Great Vacation Property!

This was a very nice property! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view was amazing! The furnishings were all really nice and stocked with everything that we needed. The owner was very prompt and helpful when responding to my questions. The view from the balcony was amazing!

Beautiful condo for our vacation!!

We had a perfect week in Destin FL. Beautiful condo, was perfect. Sitting on balcony could see dolphins swimming and they came up really close to the beach. Excellent condo for a perfect family vacation!! Book it, you wont be sorry. Bilhan family is a great host!

Beautiful Destin Condo

The condo was so nice and clean, beautiful view of the beach. Great little cafe in the Lobby. Bed was comfortable, pools are heated and very clean. Beach is right there. Very close to restaurants and shopping.

This condo was great! Very clean and the view from the balcony was perfect for those rainy days when you can’t lay on the beach. The resort is situated close to everything, and our kids were able to walk and do their own thing. We’ll definitely return.

Love the view!!

We had a great stay! The view from the room is breathtaking. We actually spotted a dolphin from our room on our first day there. Overall it’s a very friendly, quiet place to relax. Loved it!! Hope to go back!

Awesome Comfy Location

The view was magnificent and this place definitely sits in a great location. I enjoyed everything about the property. The only suggestion I would make is to clean the rug in the living room and replace the bathroom rugs because they were not entirely clean. Otherwise I would definitely stay here in the future. Lots of shops around and the property owner is extremely professional and helpful. Beautiful Place!!!!!!

Loved this condo!!!

Perfect location. Very friendly and accommodating. Clean and our family of 4 loved it. There are some very minor things that needed to be fixed (there was a mirror behind the master bedroom door that you could tell was once attached to something) but other than that it was very nice overall. I would suggest bringing your own towels as there were not very many if you are staying for a few days. Condo even included beach toys for the kids and had an Alexa! We would recommend and go back!

Probably ideal for many, but not us

Our condo was nice, but ready for some updates based on the price we paid for the unit. Two of the beds were covered in sand upon arrival and so was the floor throughout. I changed the bedding and swept to start our vacation. Unit manager did offer to come rectify, which was awesome, but we were ready to get our vacay started. As for the complex overall, the number of units is not optimal for the amount of available beach. Looking off the balcony everyday meant looking at a sea of umbrellas and chairs that you have to pay the resort for. Unless you are in the front row of chairs, you do not get to enjoy an ocean view. Personal set ups are required to be all the way in the back of the beach. The tiki hut line was always long with no shade. We skipped the tiki hut often simply because of the wait time. The service elevator was down all week, so cleaning and maintenance crews took a lot of the available space in the main 4 elevators. 2 of the 4 main elevators were also down at least 2 days. Needless to say, the wait time for elevators was almost as bad as the tiki hut line. The dryer on our floor is a fire hazard. After an hour, my clothes were still very wet, and I noticed the lint trap was missing. I had to fish out our socks and underware from the opening, along with other people's missing items.

Great location and view

Family of four stayed for a week. We loved the direct view of the ocean. Multiple days we could see the dolphins swimming and the pelicans feeding on ocean fish from our balcony. We loved being able to just step outside the building and be directly on the beach. The kids loved the multiple pools onsite. Also the tiki bar and cafe onsite was a nice perk and made quick snacks or drinks easy to get while staying on the beach.

Condo had the comfiest bed! Everything you need. Loved the pool and location to the beach. Quick uber to anywhere. Parking was available which is great. Destin was a lovely town - we enjoyed ourselves! Thank you for everything.

Great place for families

This condo was very clean, a great location, great pools for kids & easy access to beach. This was our first time at this location and we would recommend to any friends and family. We will be staying with this owner again. Only hint for families is to bring additional bath towels if staying for longer than a few days with 4 or more people.
