The apartment gets a 2 because it was clean and well renovated. But it had lots of problems. The location was 109 bet Bway and Amsterdam, not 107 near Riverside as shown on the map. Living space is one sofa in a kitchen. TV behind the sofa. Dishwasher didn’t work. Two bedrooms like closets, could not have a family in the apartment. A/c in only one bedroom. Window blinds a foot too short to cover windows, and one was down. Crazy neighbor who screams and plays absurdly loud music. Apt ok for us because we know the area, but definitely not for tourists. Pricing much too high for this apartment.

The apartment you booked is located on West 109th Street, exactly as stated in the listing and in the information provided to you before your stay. At no point was a different address given. Regarding the neighborhood, New York City is a vibrant urban environment, and like any major city, occasional street noise or noise from neighboring residents can occur. Unfortunately, these are circumstances that are outside of our control. You booked this apartment for two guests, and we provided exactly the apartment that was described in the listing. The layout, room sizes, amenities, and location were all accurately represented before your arrival. While we respect every guest's opinion, we also believe reviews should accurately reflect the information that was provided. We would have appreciated a more balanced and factual assessment of your stay. Thank you, and we wish you all the best.
