Owner double booked the main room with no comp

So basically I was here for a wedding and when we get there we get into a tiny little musty room that we did not book and it did not match the pictures or anything. The owner reaches out to me at 10:30 pm and says so sorry we put you in the wrong room, but nothing we can do about it now as it's late and no cleaners can get to the other room until tmrw. I looked over at the parking spot for that room and there was a car in it and people were inside, so basically she double booked and then refused to compensate me when I asked for a rate adjustment. She offered me a bottle of wine that was it. Dishonest
