Great location with incredible view. Condo has comfortable living & dining areas for a family or group of friends. Unit has large deck with patio table & chairs. Pool & sauna well designed & beautiful. Beds comfortable & unit is adequately supplied. Walking distance to eateries, parks & paths.

2 Moms & teen boys - Oh my!

We had a wonderful time celebrating my sons 18th. Every year we stay at a different location and this one did not disappoint. The location is perfect, easy walking to shops, wineries, restaurants and the lake. The condo is cozy and well appointed. Unfortunately we (the moms) didn't get a chance to use the hottub or pool - too cold for us, but the boys did and loved it.

Great accommodations and location

Nice, clean modern and well equipped 2 bedroom unit. The balcony overlooking the lake is the star of the unit and you can enjoy meals at the table on the balcony. Open floor plan kitchen and living room have a great view of the lake. The only things to keep in mind is that the second bedroom has three beds and no reading lights or lamps - so it’s one bright overhead light for everyone or no light at all. I’m not sure if the VRBO description points out that there are a lot of stairs and no elevator, so be sure that everyone in your party is able to manage that. Their website says this but I don’t recall seeing this on VRBO. Great for kids with the pool and you can walk across the street to swim in the lake or rent boats or paddle boards. Note that your lake view also includes the parking lot below and the road so it is not a pristine view of the lake like most of the photos. Pool can be loud so also bear that in mind if you’re hoping for a quiet dinner on your balcony. Overall good place, very clean, comfortable beds, AC works well and great location.

Perfect location, great pool

Would definitely stay here again. Great location and fun for the kids. The wifi was not great - when the condos were full of guests it was super bogged down so if you're coming to do work from home you might have difficulty. Wish they had a streaming device on tv for kiddos (or pack your own) and I'd tell anyone coming to bring a costco size of plastic cutlery and paper plates because there wasn't enough silverware. Also the weather wasn't super hot when we were there and the AC was on the entire time. No amount of adjusting seemed to make a difference, was always set to the same, so very cold in the mornings when the breeze of the lake comes in so pack warm. This unit "slept 8" but that would mean 2 on a sectional couch.

We had a wonderful visit. We found the place very clean. Beautiful views across the lake and nice location near the small walkable Manson business district. We would rate 5 stars but we had two issues. On the bright side, the the host was very responsive and helpful. First, upon arrival we found a bare razor blade in the high-pile carpet. obviously this could have been disastrous for our visit with two kids running around in socks the apartment while we unpacked. Luckily I found it before anything happened. As I understand it, the blade is used to clear the cook top. Second, the adhesive holding the kitchen sink to the underside of the countertop failed on our last day -- so the sink fell down under the counter. The PVC plumbing held it up and prevented a total collapse -- amazingly there was no leakage. However the sink and the disk washer could not be used until repaired. We cut our trip short for unrelated reasons (weather) and so it wasn't a major inconvenience.

Upon arrival, the condo was very clean and organized. We had 4 kids and two adults and it was plenty of space. We LOVED the pool! We loved the proximity to Manson and the lake. The balcony was a great place to enjoy the morning coffee!

Great place!

This was a great condo building. The unit we rented (Honey Crisp ) had a great view and was very clean. The pool was nice and you could walk right across the street to the beach - which had lifeguards. There was also a boat/jet ski rental place right there that was awesome. Grocery store 5 min away and a wine tasting every block or so . We were there with our teenage kids and there were also lots of families with little kids so sometimes it got a little loud with that type of noise. The only thing I needed that they didn’t have was a cookie sheet. So no complaints! We’d definitely go back again. We ate at the Chelan Brewery up the street and it was really good and also family friendly. My husband and I went to dinner at Adante in Chelan it was amazing Italian. We went to Vin Du Lac for wine and appetizers- also amazing with a great view. Wine Girl Wines right in Manson was one of my favorites but honestly we did not have anything less than delicious wine anywhere we went.

I stayed here for 3 nights and it was the perfect place!! Walking distance to wineries, bars, and restaurants. It’s also right across the street from a swimming area for the lake which is so convenient. The condo was sparkling clean at checkin. We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Manson condo with lake view

We stayed in building 1 on the 3rd floor. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and pots and pans but was cramped due to the size of the table. It had a great view of the lake. Unfortunately it was poorly stocked with staples (nearly empty salt and pepper shakers and an empty can of non stick cooking spray —nothing else). Also the door handle on the freezer is loose. The deck is huge with a great view of the lake! (The owners might want to rethink the tile on the deck though. The grout didn’t seem to be holding up well and the afternoon sun on those tiles made the deck not usable due to the heat.) The location in Manson is great. It’s way less crowded than in Chelan which was very nice especially while on the lake. The condo is right across the street from a very nice roped off swimming area. It’s also very close to jet ski and boat rentals. The condo pool and surrounding area is a little small but nice for a quick dip or for the kids to play in. A couple things not mentioned in the property description but are of note include there is no elevator so groceries, luggage and people with injured knees go up 3 flights of stairs. WiFi is very poor much to the dismay of any teens in the group. The unit was clean and had plenty of beds for everyone. Our stay was during mid August when rates are the highest so it was a little pricey for what we got. I will probably pass on location in favor of more ammenities for the same price next year. If location is your priority this is the place for you!

We enjoyed our stay here! The kitchen had everything we needed and the unit was beautiful. The deck was a great place for coffee in the morning and watching the sunset at the end of the day. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Very nice property. My only advice would be to clean the vent cover on the wall above the refrigerator. Probably hard for cleaners to get to but, would enhance appearance of condo if it was clean.

Fun Family Vacation

It was our first trip to Lake Chelan and this 2 BR condo was great for our family. It had everything we needed. The lake is just across the street. You can rent jet skis, paddle boards, boats, etc. for your trip right at the dock. The pool and hot tub at the condo are clean and have a great view of the lake. The owners, Kelly and Tony, are very friendly and attentive. We will definitely go back.

Wonderful Condo, Excellent for Families!

We stayed in the "Honeycrisp" unit on the 3rd floor which had 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. 1 bedroom has a bunk bed with 1 double bed (fits 4) and the other room has a double bed. The sectional in the living room which moved to become another bed (there were additional sheets, pillows and blankets for the sectional bed). The beds were firm which we loved! There was also a large balcony with a full view of the lake across the street - amazing! The unit is a little over a year old and is very nicely decorated with modern decor and stainless steel appliances. It was really clean when we checked in and had enough bath towels, kitchen and bath supplies to last for our 5 day stay. They also provided laundry detergent and dryer sheets for the shared washer/dryer which was a nice surprise. There were plenty of dishes, silverware, etc. for our party of 7. There is an outdoor pool, 2 hot tubs and 3 large barbecue grills outside. The property manager (Kelly) was very responsive and helpful the few times we called her for questions. We've been coming to Chelan every year for the past 6 years and stayed in various properties. This is by far our favorite property and we will be back again! Highly recommended for families and groups.

Clean, welcoming and bright

The apartment was lovely. It was filled with light and we loved the top-floor view of the lake. The space was large enough so that we could all relax, including the balcony, with more than adequate seating and a table to enjoy meals outside. The only thing I can think of that was missing in the kitchen was a colander! Otherwise, well appointed and offered what we desired for a leisurely, comfortable stay in a quiet community.

This place has everything!

We were really impressed with this place. I highly recommend staying here. Very clean and modern. Lots of wine tasting and restaurants near by. Lake Chelan Brewery and their awesome food and brews, just a 5 min. walk! We will definitely do this again. Loved it!

Quiet and Comfy

This place is a gem. Understand it's end of summer deal but I think it's well worth paying for full price. It's not as fancy like the washer/dryer is shared but good enough for when you need it. The kids love the spas and the pool. The town is filled with wine tasting events that we didn't get to do bc we had other things planned but we surely want to explore for next time!
