Bring me back to Bay Cottage!

Our family (2 couples) had a wonderful week at Bay Cottage! The house is a perfect size, layout, and location for a stay in paradise. The kitchen is stocked with essentials and the outdoor spaces were amazing, especially the lounge chairs and dock! The air conditioning and ceiling fans were wonderful on hot days and the sliding doors were great on cooler ones. The housekeeper, Jennifer, was incredibly sweet and made our stay even better by checking in with us everyday. I would love to come back and stay again.

Bay Cottage is simply wonderful!

Having stayed in a number of houses on HI, we all agreed Bay Cottage is fantastic! Andrea and her sister were wonderful when we had WIFI troubles and got it fixed the next day. Jennifer, the housekeeper, is an absolute gem. The cottage was clean and well maintained, and Jennifer was full of helpful information. The deck and dock made living on the water great for sunning, swimming, dining and relaxing. LOTS of wildlife sightings ... sea turtles, rays, starfish, crab, small shark, etc. Would definitely stay at Bay Cottage again!

Fantastic House!

We had the best time at Bay Cottage! The house layout was perfect for our group of 8. The location in the bay was wonderful and having the private dock with all the sea life was so fun each day. We were able to jump on our boat and explore the islands, fish and snorkel. Minutes walk to the pink sands beach and the use of the golf cart to go into town was perfect. I will note that we came by boat and were looking for a pink house but found that the house had been painted blue and white. So maybe an updated picture may help others. But we couldn't have been more thrilled with our stay in Harbor Island. Thank you!

PERFECT LOCATION ON HARBOUR ISLAND

Having rented properties on both Harbour Island and the main island of Eleuthera, we found Bay Cottage to be a perfect home right on the 'bay'! Super comfortable with all amenities! While we were only a party of 4 (2 couples), this house can easily accommodate a party of 8 with a lot of room. The upstairs is its own unit with 2 bedrooms (twin beds) both with en suite bath, kitchenette, living area and large front and back porches. (I would not recommend young children staying upstairs by themselves since there is only an exterior entrance/exit to this unit.) The location right on the water is equipped with dock and large back patio. You can snorkel/swim and boat right from the dock! Easy 5 min walk to the beach or quick jet with a golf cart. The house is nestled in a residential community at the south end of the island, but still easily accessible to Dunmore Town for dining/shopping. We were pleasantly surprised to find the house comes with a caretaker, Jennifer, who comes daily to clean, do laundry, etc. She is a lovely person, with a warm personality and helpful with any recommendations, etc. Thank you Jennifer!!!! Take advantage of a boat tour or snorkeling adventure from Juan, whose boats are available on property if desired. He's a great guy! Overall an excellent week's vacation. We will definitely return to Bay Cottage and bring some friends to enjoy the magic. PS - they've painted the house since the photos were taken. It's now blue and not pink. We were a little confused when taking the boat taxi to the house. BUT everyone knows the house and it's great since the water taxi will bring you directly to the house vs. going the to Government Dock. Don't hesitate to book this property. It's a lot of bang for the $ on Harbour Island!

Bay Cottage

A great house right on the water for one or two families to enjoy Harbour Island. We enjoyed morning swims off of the private dock and easy access to town and pink sand beach.

Hidden gem

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bay Cottage. Swimming off the pontoon at high tide was super. The beach is only a ten minute stroll away. We hired a golf cart for our stay which was very useful for eating out in the evening and going to different parts of the beach during the day. Everyone we came in contact with through Bay Cottage were extremely nice and helpful.
