*Please note that during the summer and fall months, indoor fireplace is unavailable due to Madera County wood burning restrictions. Dates are subject to change per county guidelines. Since the Hobbit House has a heating system, firewood is not provided but you are most welcome to bring your own or use any left over that might be at the property.
Bedding/Bath Configuration:
Main Level
Bedroom #1 with en suite bathroom (toilet and sink only)- One King Bed (sleeps 2)
Bedroom #2 with en suite bathroom (toilet, shower, and sink)- One King Bed (sleeps 2)
Loft
There is no sleeping arrangements in the loft. Loft is NOT SUITABLE for little halflings to venture up to on their own!
The Hobbit House does have a few steps inside, and the shower requires a bit of caution. If you have physical limitations or restrictions, the Hobbit House might not be the best option for you.
