My family and I have lived in the Kierland area for the last 10 years and found that it is the best location for shopping, golf, spa services, kid-friendly activities, nightlife and restaurants.

This is the best location in Scottsdale. 5-7 minute walk to everything you may want to do. This home is newly renovated with granite countertops in kitchen and all bathrooms. Very spacious living room with large sectional couch and a separate family room next to kitchen. Split floorpan for privacy and access to a beautiful backyard and 2 car garage.
