Great getaway, pet-friendly and spectacular ocean view. The wild horsws came by the house every day.

Beautiful views and great location

The 4x4 beaches location with the beautiful views and wild horses everywhere, where just amazing! My mother and wife were amazed that such a beautiful place was so open and accessible.

I was surprised with the high cost of additional dog fee for the condition of the property. The property desperately needs upgrades. Sliding glass door off the kitchen was leaking when it rained (was reported). All fixtures are corroded. Doors tore up. Carpet tore up in places. When we arrived it looked like what appeared to be coffee spilled on the counter. I questioned if the place was cleaned prior to our arrival. Then I received instructions to clean the place before checkout. I thought the cost of cleaning was included in the fees paid. The best part was the deck chairs on the top deck, although not worth the cost.

This property had the most beautiful view. The home was pet friendly. The parking was a bit difficult. The management was very responsive to our every need or concern. Very easy to deal with.
