Cosy cottage style sitting area with wood brning stove. Conservatory leads off the kitchen accessing patio & large private, secure, landscaped garden. Hallway leading off sitting area to 3 ground floor bedrooms comprising of 1 double room (king size bed), 1 double room & 1 twin room (use as family room or close adjoining bi-fold doors for separate double and 1 twin). 2nd Bathroom with bath, powershower, basin & wc.
