About this property

Stunning Ocean View Villa at Bahia Pez Vela Playa Coco/Ocotal

You'll find a peaceful, privately owned two-story Villa (#35) overlooking miles of Pacific Ocean at the top of Bahia Pez Vela Resort, a Costa Rican resort community located on a secluded cove with a beautiful protected black sand beach.

This fully equipped home offers spectacular private ocean and sunset views while still providing easy access to resort & family friendly amenities. A short walk to the beach and 2 infinity pools, In addition, the Solunna Club Restaurant & Bar offers a decadent menu and delicious cocktails.

Our spacious and airy 2,100 sqft villa is a tri-level home with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Bright white spaces and natural wood features are a highlight of this tropical home.

Enter through the front door and find our half-bath on the left. Descend downstairs to the living and dining area, an open concept room featuring large glass windows and french doors which lookout to our patio and lawn, and of course, the beautiful pacific ocean. Our fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for meals (BBQ also for use) and our laundry room has a full sized washer and dryer for your convenience. For movie night we have a newly installed 55 inch smart TV available for use.

Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a private patio and bathroom, king bed, and stunning ocean views. Our second bedroom is equally spacious and features the same beautiful ocean views, a king bed, and two twin trundle pull-out beds, a great option for large families. Our third bedroom overlooks the hills of the region and has a queen bed.

The highlight of this home is of course our spectacular and private views of the pacific ocean. Listen to waves crash from the bedroom and watch whales breach from the living room. Enjoy a romantic sunset dinner on our large private patio and take in the views without the disruption of other rooftops or homes. Watch and listen for Howler monkeys, parrots, and more from our home - the Costa Rican wildlife is thriving and abundant in our neighborhood.
