Industrial-style, comfortable, new house by a lake 15 min south of Hua Hin
Chill and relax in this calm, stylish space, 50 meter from a small lake that is a sanctuary for animals and plants of all kinds.
Digital nomads, retirees as well as nature and animal lovers are particularly fond of this space. Around the property are 'rescued' trees and bushes that we keep planting to create a biodiverse space surrounded by rice fields. The lake is kept natural and features lotus flowers.
15 min drive from Hua Hin by car. A local restaurant is just across the street. A 7/11 is a 2 min. bike ride from here and other restaurants also nearby although the biggest choice is in town, of course.

Air cons are in the living and bedroom. Fully equipped, new kitchen, big spacious bathroom with plenty of wardrobe/storage space, KOHLER brand specified, huge glass sliding doors in the living room leading to a small terrace that covers two sides of the house. 2 big lounge chairs. Smart TV with Netflix access (your own account). Solar powered (during the day). 2 young, super friendly dogs are nearby.
