Great location, spacious and friendly neighbors. The rooftop pool was a great bonus as well. Close the the big music venues and nearby shopping too. I plan to rebook the next time I'm in Hollywood. Thanks for a great stay!

Great price for a 2 bedroom 2 bath accommodation. There were a few maintenance issues / missing items, but host is communicative. Neighborhood noisy but close to freeway. Recommend paying for the garage parking (use fob to get in).

Great roof deck pool with an amazing view. Apartment was fine. Would have given four stars if amenities weren’t the barest of bare minimum… nowhere to sit on the patio, missing multiple refrigerator shelves, no silverware holder in the dishwasher, very limited bowls, etc.

Decent minimalist option

Pretty simple listing. Interior has minimal decoration so its more of a crash pad feel. Inadequate plates (there was only 1), and you can't keep your windows open because of the highway noise from the nearby 101. Location is good otherwise. Decent listing in a high cost area.

I was really excited for our stay, especially after a long 12-hour drive to get there. Unfortunately, that excitement quickly turned into frustration the moment we walked in.The floors were so dirty that we had to mop them ourselves—three times—before they even started to feel clean. My kids like to be barefoot and taking off their shoes and socks, their feet were completely black, which was shocking and unacceptable. The carpets in the bedrooms were also visibly dirty, the kitchen drawers had spilled food.It didn’t stop there—the utensil organizer was extremely dirty and even had what looked like shaved hair in it, which was honestly disgusting. I have never stayed in a rental property that was this unclean.Beyond cleanliness, the apartment is in need of upgrades and general maintenance. The towels provided were old, worn out, and should have been replaced long ago. It’s especially disappointing considering you’re charged a cleaning fee but arrive to a place that clearly hasn’t been properly cleaned.The only positive aspect was that the apartment itself was spacious. However, that alone doesn’t make up for the overall experience. With some serious improvements—and likely a better housekeeping service—this property could be much better. As it stands, our stay was very disappointing.
