Perfect!

So quiet, comfortable and clean - and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Garage parking was a luxury. We loved the location and the wonderful views from the decks - we saw deer, squirrels and many birds. Highly recommend this property. We already have a return visit planned.

Everyone enjoyed the property. Loved breakfast on the patio overlooking the deer! Close to the University and highway access to head north to Springdale, Rogers or Bentonville and close to College Street to head to Rick's Bakery. Nice to be just around the corner from the local grocery store. 4 bathrooms was ample with the number of visitors staying at the property. Kitchen and appliances met our needs, even though we brought food and ate out most of our meals. Could not have chosen a better rental for family to stay for our daughter's wedding!!!

Outstanding home!

A beautiful home that is decorated with great care and thought. One of the best things about the home is that each bedroom has an en suite. The back deck is very private and looks over a beautiful wooded area. Great to sit out there with a glass of wine and listen to the cardinals sing. If you're interested in University of Arkansas activities, the home is walking distance to campus without ANY of the campus chaos.

This home was perfect for our weekend. We had a family gathering with 9 adults, and loved staying at Sunset House. Our host was very accommodating and made us feel right at home. The house is beautifully decorated but still feels warm and welcoming. The back deck was a popular spot for relaxing, morning coffee, and late night conversation. The kitchen was well equipped. The entire house is spotless. The bathrooms are super clean and linens, etc., were nice. We loved our stay at this location. It's excellent for anyone with business or fun planned in Fayetteville. Super close to campus, but tucked away on a quiet street to provide privacy. We would recommend it! You won't regret a stay at Sunset House!

My team and I were in Fayetteville for the Joe Martin Stage Race. We had an amazing experience staying at Sunset house and with our host. The house comfortably accommodated 8 people with 3 bedrooms (plus common room) and 4 bathrooms. The views were fantastic and the house very convenient to supermarkets, restaurants, etc... David was very friendly and accommodating. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Lovely home with an amazing view.

We visited Fayetteville so we could tour the University of Arkansas. We were able to walk to campus from the Sunset House. It has three large bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and an amazing view. The kitchen is large and has everything you need to prepare any meal and enough room to entertain. But the best thing about the Sunset house has to be the views from the decks off both floors. It was cold during our Spring Break visit but we were still drawn outside to the massive deck to take in the town of Fayetteville and the hills beyond. We would stay here again.
