Unfortunately, this was the worst VRBO experience we have had. My husband and I stayed here with two other couples for my niece’s wedding, and we experienced numerous problems throughout the weekend.Our biggest concern was the extremely high humidity inside the home, which ranged from approximately 78% to 98% during our stay. We took photos documenting the readings. The house smelled musty, and even the towels smelled like mildew. The bedroom and bathroom doors would not close properly, which created privacy issues with three couples staying in the home.The thermostat was locked at 68 degrees, so we could not make any adjustments. Even at that temperature, the humidity remained extremely high.In addition, the dishwasher did not work, the electronic door lock did not work (requiring us to use the lockbox key), and the two upstairs TVs would not reconnect to the internet after updating without requiring a Roku account.We contacted the owner during our stay about the issues and were told there was nothing he could do.We have stayed in many VRBO properties and have never experienced conditions like these. Between the excessive humidity, musty/mildew smell, doors that would not close, and multiple items not working, we were extremely disappointed with this property.We documented the issues with photos and would not stay here again.

Girls weekend

This house was a perfect getaway for some girls that wanted a quiet weekend together! The location is perfect because we got on the interstate close to the house and rode right into to Charlotte for dinner and drinks one night! The house itself was very clean and fresh. Also, communication with the owners was wonderful and clear! I would highly recommend this home to anyone!
