The concerns you described, especially with the hot tub, cleanliness, games, alarms, dishes, and screen doors, are not the standard we aim to provide. Since your visit, all of these items have been resolved and reviewed with our team to prevent them from happening again. We also apologize for the frustration around returning your item and understand how that added to your disappointment.
