Great Stay in Winter Park

We had a great time staying here. The house was nice and clean, close to Park Ave, and the communication and host were top notch.

Great location

First review! Cute space, freshly renovated. Great location, short drive to most things in the area. Nice pool. Wish we could have used it more but being native Floridians it was a bit chilly for us. A little noisy as it’s near a main road but we weren’t overly bothered by it. Being the first guest there were a few amenities missing I’m accustomed to having in VRBOs, but this is a simple fix and I wouldn’t dock points for it. Host was great and responsive as needed. My only critique is that the air quality inside was a bit rough. There was an odor of cat, mostly emanating from the laundry room. If you keep the door closed its does dissipate quite a bit from the rest of the house. Overl all fairly pleasant stay.
