Peaceful Family Retreat

We stayed at Warm and Cozy for a long weekend. This is such a sweet home. The property is on an Acre fully fenced and gated. 3 Large bedrooms, a small bath and full Bath with big shower/tub. Our two Aussi’s loved the fenced back yard and deck. We will start here again P.S. super comfy bed!

Felt like home

Large lot in a quiet, older neighborhood. The house is quite comfortable and well equipped. The fenced yard is perfect for dogs of all sizes and, in particular, for small dogs who are escape artists. Mine couldn't find a way out. It couldn't be better.

We've stayed at this property many times over the past several years, but this is the first stay with the new owners. Upon arrival, I noticed immediately how clean the home was. The new owners obviously care about cleanliness and employ a great cleaner. I appreciated the small touches that were added, such as the dog dishes under the sink, the doggy cookie jar on the counter with treats and the dog bed in the living room. Also, the kitchen towels folded into a bow and the Christmas trees lit and ready for use were a thoughtful addition. This home is in a great location, within walking distance to Woodland lake. This, as well as the huge fenced yard, bring us back to this rental every time we are in Pinetop.
