Craigville Beach LANE, Centerville! You'll want to stay longer for the ocean, river sunsets, and ambience of 'olde Cape Cod' tucked away between ice cream cone walks , sandy beach and salty surf. What a great private hideaway on a sandy quiet street with only 7 cottages--hardly a car goes by all day, long row boat dock, seagulls, Osprey, Swans and blue sky amidst the fragrant Cape Cod roses. Just about 99 steps to the FREE access CRAIGVILLE BEACH (lifeguards in season). Picture book Cottage is a side by side duplex with all your wanted ammeneties including Central A/C, w/d, dishwasher, DVDs, flat screen TVs and of course, WIFI!🥹👍. (Must use Craigville Beach LANE in GPS)

Why they chose this property

This property is so close to beautiful Craigville Beach to the East and boat/River access to the West--easy to access from Exit 5 of the Mid-Cape Highway (Route 6)--and little reason to get tied up on Route 28 traffic--secluded private location a "stones throw" from the FREE Beach and just a short back road drive to Hyannis. Park in your own driveway, FREE WIFI.What's not to love?
