Lovely traditional 2 story house, recently remodeled, in the center of Skopelos town. Great views of the surrounding hills and Skopelos town. Two terraces allowing you to take full advantage of outdoor living under the Greek sun and blue skies. Lovely yard with lemon and orange trees, perfect for your morning coffee, mid-day fiesta or lovely easy evenings at home. The house has 3 bedrooms, one downstairs and two upstairs. Two larger bedrooms have full-size beds and each sleeps 2 and one has a bunk bed that also sleeps 2. Living room sofa can be extended and sleeps 2. Two bathrooms, one on each floor.

5 min walk to the strand, restaurants, and port but tucked in on a lovely quiet street. Parking available at the port or on the ring-road just minutes away.

Loved staying here!

This place was perfect and we had more than enough room! The AC was great and we made breakfast everyday and grilled chicken one night. It was close to everything. I would love to live here! We had everything we needed and so appreciate getting to stay here.

Clean and nice house, a lot of stairs to the property. Good spot and a lovely outside area. A mini marker just around the corner so very easy to get supplies.

Superbe maison à 5 mn à pieds du port et 3 mn des restaurants et boutiques. La terrasse est superbe. Tout à disposition et l’hôte très réactif. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Prendre en compte qu’il n’est pas possible de se garer et qu’il faut 5 minutes de marche en pente pour atteindre les places de parkings.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans la maison de Lisa à Skopelos. La maison est parfaite pour une famille, très agréable. L’espace extérieur était très appréciable, nous avons pris tous nos repas dehors et profiter du BBQ. Nous avons apprécié la machine à laver. C’était top ! Il manquait juste un parasol pour avoir un peu plus d’ombre au moment du déjeuner.

Gelegen in het idyllische Skopelos Town

Wat een authentieke locatie had het huis. Gelegen in de nauwe typische straatjes van Skopelos Town. Bij aankomst werden wij in de haven opgehaald door Babis. Na een route van ongeveer 5 minuten omhoog door de nauwe straatjes *hou er rekening mee dat je zelf je bagage omhoog met tillen want er rijden geen auto's of ander vervoer waar het huisje ligt*. Babis heeft een korte uitleg gegeven. Was erg snel weer weg. Had iets uitgebreider gemogen. Her huis is authentiek met luikjes, opstapjes en een leuke binnenplaats en een terras. Bij binnenkomst is er beneden een kamer met tweepersoonsbed. Bed is van prima kwaliteit. Klerenkast aanwezig en airco. In de woonkamer is een slaapbank. In deze ruimte is geen airco. Aan de kleine keuken grenst een ruimte waar en ronde tafel met 5 stoelen staat. De keuken is klein. Met slechts 2 pitten die erg langzaam warm worden. Maar omdat het vakantie is hadden we alle tijd en hebben daar zelf niet veel hinder van ondervonden. Maar we kunnen ons voorstellen dat dit mogelijk andere mensen stoort. Er is weinig werkruimte in de keuken om het eten voor te bereiden. Maar daar gebruikten wij de ronde tafel voor in de aangrenzende ruimte. Er is een ruime grote schone goed functionerende koelkast. Dat is met de warme zomers temperaturen erg fijn. Vanuit de keuken kom je in de eerste badkamer. Is er geen warmwater meer, dien je voor een half uur de boiler aan te zetten. Een prima douche die je zelf moet vasthouden en een toilet. Modern betegeld. Ga je de trap op,heb je een kleine kamer met een stapelbed. Niet veel ruimte voor bagage maar die hebben we in de grote slaapkamer boven gezet. Daar is veel ruimte, een klerenkast, 1 ladekast en heel fijn ook een airco. Voor de slaapbank beneden was een extra matras dat wij boven hebben gelegd om onze dochter bij ons te laten slapen. Prima bed, niet een heel luxe matras maar mijn man en ik hebben beide geen last van onze rug gehad terwijl we dat vaak snel hebben. Twee ramen met luikjes. In de hal boven hing ook een airco. De beneden ruimte koelde we door de airco vanuit de hal boven aan te zetten. Op het terras boven is een wasmachine en ruimte om was op te hangen en tweede badkamer met toilet. Met ons grote gezelschap erg fijn. In binnenplaats beneden is een bbq en houtskool, tafel en 2 ligbedden. Er staan 3 fruitbomen waar helaas 2 hele lieve katjes poepen, maar dat haalden wij zelf weg. Voor ons de moeite waard dit huisje. Je begeeft je echt onder de lokale mensen.

Eine ausgesprochen spartanisch eingerichtete Wohnung, die aber über einen tollen Außenbereich verfügt. Sehr ruhig gelegen und mitten in der Stadt. Man darf allerdings keine großen Kochaktivitäten planen - dazu reicht die Ausstattung leider nicht.

Sehr schönes Stadthaus, zentral gelegen

Das Haus ist sehr schön, zentral gelegen, aber nicht laut am Abend. Jederzeit wieder gerne :-) Abholung hat gut geklappt, alle Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Skopelos ist ein Traum!

Soggiorno ottimale per belle vacanze

L'alloggio è situato nella zona antica di Skopels town, unica cittadina dell'isola, in centro, ma sufficientemente in alto da non essere disturbati dal via vai dei visitatori, dai locali e dallo shopping. Posizione ideale per accedere a tutti i servizi turistici necessari per vivere appieno l'isola (noleggi, ATM, agenzie di escursioni, bus, imbarcazioni a vela e a motore per visite dal mare, ecc.) e per avere a disposizione il centro abitato per le passeggiate serali. La casa è spaziosa, ha due bagni e due terrazzi che sono strategici per organizzare la vita famigliare ed è ben attrezzata. Soggiorno perfetto. Alloggio straconsigliato.

Homefeeling in Skopelos

We‘ve stayed with three Kids for 2.5 weeks and enjoyed staying a lot. The Place is perfectly in the middle of the old town, quiet and easy to walk everywhere. We relaxed in the patio, bbq, hangmac- super! I‘ld be more comfartable with a sunbed but it was easy to relax also on the balconies.The room with the highbed is too small and very rickety. We would surely come back, nice neighbourhood and feeling home in Skopelos!Thank you!

Lovely house in and authentic and quite neighborhood in Skopelos Town

It's a tipycal Skopelos old house well renovated with a confortable terrace with barbeque. We've been for one week in two families, 4 adults and 4 children. Our stay was very pleasent however the second doble room is too small for two adults and there is no place for any forniture that is a bit unconfortable if you want to stay for a few days. In general the house lacks forniture and kitchen tools. Vesna has been very kind and sensible satisfying our request, in particular putting a fence in the terrace on the top floor for the safety of our children.

Une bien jolie maison

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette belle maison, spacieuse et pleine de charme. Elle est très bien placée, en hauteur du village de Skopelos Port, qui est très accessible en descente, un peu moins en montée (il faut avoir de bons mollets, mais au fur et à mesure que les jours passent, c'est moins difficile!). Par contre, la maison n'est pas climatisée, ce qui est, hélas, au mois d'août assez problématique... nous avons été dévorés par les moustiques : La propriétaire a prévu de faire poser des grilles anti-moustiques, ce qui devrait aider. En tout cas, d'ici là, munissez vous de bougies, prises électriques etc... Vous pourrez ainsi bien profiter de la maison et de la terrasse, particulièrement agréable en soirée.

Idyllisch unter Zitronen und doch im Zentrum der Chora von Skopelos

Vesna hat wirklich ein kleines Juwel: Ein gerade fertig renoviertes typisches Sporaden-Haus, nur drei Gehminuten vom pulsierendem Hafen entfernt und mitten in der wunderschönen Altstadt von Skopelos gelegen, mit einem romantischem Innenhof mit Zitronenbäumen und Blick auf das Städtchen. Wir durften das geschmackvoll renovierte und geräumige Haus einweihen, es fehlte uns an nichts und es war für unseren Dreijährigen ein Abenteuer mit den Katzen der Nachbarn und in der Hängematte zu spielen. Wir wurden am Hafen abgeholt und sehr nett von den Schlüsselüberbringerinnen Ourania und Evi begrüsst und mit selbstgemachter Marmelade wieder verabschiedet. Nächstes Mal werden wir sicherlich auch den grosszügigen Grillplatz nutzen, dieses Mal blieben wir leider nur vier Tage... Wirklich ein Erlebnis, sauber, stilvoll und romantisch, für Kenner ;-) Vielen Dank Vesna! Daphne, Kai und Nestor

We've been on the lookout for properties and then a friend of mine invited me to be their guest in Skopelos. We looked at several properties on the island but this one stole my heart. When we saw the terraces and lemon trees we were simply enchanted. We hope that you will enjoy your time at our house as much as we do.
