Welcome to our home! We hope you enjoy your stay in this unique country-style house, where modern touches meet timeless charm. We’ve poured our hearts into designing this space, blending our love for art with personal pieces collected during our travels around the world, as well as cherished artwork from our children. Every corner reflects our passion and the memories we’ve gathered along the way. We hope it feels as special to you as it does to us.

Welcome to our charming two-story home, where comfort and style come together. On the main level, you’ll find a fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, plus a Smart TV to keep you entertained while you cook. The beautiful dining room table comfortably seats six, perfect for family meals or entertaining. Unwind in the spacious living room, where you can relax on cozy couches, catch up on your favorite TV shows, or enjoy the warmth of the fireplace.

The staircase leads to the second floor, where you’ll discover three inviting bedrooms:
• The Red Master Bedroom (formerly two rooms) is spacious enough to accommodate four guests—two in the queen bed and two on the convertible Tempur-pedic futon couch/bed.
• The Mint Green Bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, perfect for a restful night’s sleep.
• The Blue Bedroom features two comfortable twin beds.

Each bedroom comes with a large bureau, Smart TV, air humidifier, goose-down pillows, bedding, and a reading chair to enjoy your favorite book. Plus, every room has a skylight for stargazing, and two offer scenic views of the river.

The two renovated bathrooms include one with a relaxing Jacuzzi tub. Towels, toiletries, and bedding are all provided—no need to pack extra!

For your convenience, the basement has a brand-new washer and dryer.

Outside, you’ll find a recently paved driveway—a rare feature in Vermont! Forget about snow plowing, hot tub maintenance, garbage pickup, and cleaning—everything is included in the rental price.

Enjoy the great outdoors with a fire-pit for roasting marshmallows or warming up on cooler evenings. And for the ultimate relaxation, step outside to the patio area where a hot tub awaits.

The house is ideally located for skiing at Mount Snow, Stratton Mountain Resort, and other popular southern Vermont destinations.

Our house is located near Mountain Snow Ski Resort and Stratton Ski Resort.We are in a lovely area where you can hear the River brook sound on the backside of the house.
You can hike on our property along the river Or with a 10 minute drive hike the Green Mountains.
Check out Lake Ropanda or Grout Pond & Sommerset Reservoir !
Mountain snow is 7 miles south and Stratton is 12 miles north east. Bromley Mountain and Magic Mountain are also close by.

Our home is right on route 100.
Route 100 is one of the most scenic routes traveled to Canada.

In the Main house , there’s a closet on the left side , walking towards the bathroom downstairs.
There’s Queen Size deluxe air mattress with Bed sheets/ Bed Comforters, baby Chair , kids toys, extra pillows,
Downstairs in basement is the vacuum cleaners, mops , baby sleeping cot , and bay stuff , extra room fans , extra room heaters ,more air beds .
**House Rules for Seasonal or long term stay Rentals**

Welcome! To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please adhere to the following rules:

1. **Mail:** No mail delivery is permitted to the property.

2. **Cleaning for Extended Stays:** Guests staying for extended periods must have the house cleaned at least once per month. We offer a cleaning service for $100 per cleaning.

3. **Parties and Events:** No parties or events are allowed on the premises.

4. **Security and Guest Limitations:** Security cameras are in place outside for safety. Please adhere to the maximum guest limit specified in your booking.

5. **Smoking outside is Allowed 👍we have outdoor seating for that .

6. **All pets requests are case-by-case. Unauthorized pets are not allowed. Pets are not permitted on beds or couches unless covered with provided sheets.

7. **Amenities:**
- **Hot Tub/Sauna:** Guests are responsible for maintaining the hot tub. Bleach tablets are available for your use. Alternatively, we offer a monthly service for $100 to maintain the hot tub.

8. **Snow Removal:**
- Bob, the plow guy, is responsible only for the driveway. Guests are responsible for clearing snow from the entryway and deck. Shovels and other tools are provided for your convenience near the deck or in the shed by the river.

9**Please don’t start the fireplace inside house . We have a central house heater with Thermostat ,that’s easygoing .
