This stunning East End waterfront property is directly on the harbor and central to all Provincetown has to offer. Step down from the large deck into the sand or step up to Commercial Street for amazing restaurants, galleries, shops and live entertainment.
The first floor has an open kitchen and living room with beautiful hardwood floors. The nicely-equipped galley kitchen has stainless appliances and a dining area. The living room, with a queen pull-out sofa, ductless split unit air conditioner, flat screen television with cable and WIFI, opens to the deck. The first floor also has a half bath.
The second floor has a bedroom with a queen bed and views of Provincetown Harbor from three sides. Depending on which window you look out of, you can see the sunrise, the sunset and Pilgrim Monument. Relax on the balcony deck and take in the expansive water view while enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a night cap in the evening. The second floor has beautiful bathroom with marble counter tops, tiled shower and washer/dryer. A ductless split unit air conditioner cools the second floor.
Although Provincetown is filled with plenty of fun things to see and do, you may not want to leave the fully-enclosed, private deck complete with teak table and seating for 6, pair of steamer loungers, umbrellas and Weber grill. Step from the deck into the sand and enjoy sunbathing on the beach, swimming or water sports.
This home is dog-friendly with owner's approval.

2025: Location, dog friendly. I, we, love the upgrades. The new paint and fridge is great. Makes the whole place feel nice and clean. We also love the cut back open parking space. Thank you again for an amazing stay and we'll hope to see you June and September 2026! - TR

2024: The location is incredible. The deck over the beach is unbeatable. A lovely and comfortable place. I'll miss the deck especially. It was great working with Maggie K., she made everything as easy as possible. - RS
2024: We had the honor of staying in this cute cottage on the beach in PTown for 10 days. It was perfect!!! It comes with one parking spot, even though you don't need a car at all, a washer / dryer, very nicely appointed kitchen and a beautiful large deck over looking the beach and harbor. The bed was super comfortable and the home itself neat and clean. We were very fortunate to have amazing weather during our stay so the windows and slider to the deck stayed open 99% of the time when we were there. We had our doggo with us and he loved the beach, the town and went with us just about everywhere (breakfast, lunch and dinner and a couple day drinking moments). The back deck is perfect... The new navy umbrellas were the perfect touch for the warmer days and the 2 chaise lounger were very comfortable and I hope they never disappear or break. We sat on them almost twice a day with our morning coffee, afternoon drinks or a late night relaxed state. There is a 1/2 bath on the first level that is such a nice touch to you don't have to go up and down while at the beach or just hanging on the deck. We didn't do much cooking and no grilling but I can imagine it would be very easy and nice to do here. I mean with the views, why not take advantage of a cookout or dinner on the deck. There are a ton of our favorite restaurants very close by and a short walk to many others that we enjoy going to during every visit. We made friends with the restaurant staff behind us and it was nice knowing they noticed us and knew us by name very quickly. We will def' be back and we cannot wait. - TR

Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
