Awesome trip!

Property manager was super easy to work with and the house/property was perfect! The kids loved the pool and my husband and I really enjoyed the view. Everything we needed was on site and easily accessed. Will definitely book again!

The house was perfect for our weekend. The hot tub was an added bonus. Three bedrooms with two tv’s. The bathroom faucets and shower heads can be updated but other than that it was great.

Birthday weekend

The property was a beautiful as pictured. The check in was simple and the home was clean! The location wasn’t too far from all of the places we traveled to and the scenery was overall beautiful. I loved staying here and would definitely recommend others to stay. The host was a super host, very helpful and responsive ! I wouldn’t change a thing

Perfect place to relax and unwind

This property was awesome. We take a 4th of July trip each year. This by far was the best house we’ve been to. Communication with Mariana was excellent, the home was very clean, pretty Much how it was described in listing, and the neighborhood is quiet and easy to get to. We took full advantage of the pool and outdoor kitchen space. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Great pool and outdoor space

This is a great property for a family wanting to get away. I had read previous reviews that the house is small and it is. However, the floor plan of the home maximizes the space wonderfully. Additionally, we did not stay inside much because the outdoor areas were fabulous. We took full advantage of the pool and the sitting areas while enjoying the view of the river and all the boats. My family of eight adults stayed in this house and we had a wonderful time just relaxing, BBQing, and enjoying the fabulous sunsets. Also, I would like to add that the owners were very responsive in checking that we had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay.

More Thank Expected

I booked this property because my father is a patient at MD Anderson (a cancer hospital), so we were there under very unfortunate circumstances. Now if anyone has ever had to be a patient and/or a patients family of friends, at any of the hospital in Houston's medical district, then you are well aware of the fact, that any hotel you stay at, you have a constant reminder of tragedy and death. Having said that, you also know that part of healing and/or acceptance, is state of mind, and the experience of staying at this house is truly unforgettable. The travel time to the medical district was only about 30-45 minutes depending on the time of day, but is more than worth it. Not only is the house unbelievable, but the pool is perfect, and nothing can beat the sunrises and sunsets. Not to mention, is it literally the most quiet neighborhood I've ever been to, and if you are right on the river, like this house is, then everyone going by in their boats are friendly, and respectful. Additionally, the owners went above and beyond, to make sure that we enjoyed our stay as much as possible, they are truly great people. So in summary, its worth every penny and more.

I can wrap this place up in one word, stunning! Not only is the house an amazing place to stay the host is just as amazing. There are plenty of amenities to keep yourself occupied. The views are complete serenity. Ample parking even for a working crew with large box trucks. I would stay again in a heartbeat. Would love to return for a personal vacation to this property! Nice getaway

It’s in a great location, be prepared for the mosquitoes but other than that the house was beautiful the pool/jacuzzi was clean upon arrival. Check process was easy. I will come back in the future! Marianna was very nice and accommodating to request. Very much appreciated.

View is AMAZING!

My absolute favorite part of this home is the view! It was unmatched! The homeowner was super friendly and nice! She was ALWAYS available when I called! Checkin was super easy and she didn’t have a ton of rules like some owners! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! It was myself and 6 other ladies and we had plenty of sleeping room…The only part that concerned me was the roaches in the garbage cans would sometimes make it to the deck and one creeped its way in the house…BUT that’s just me being honest because the house was clean I think it was just because it’s by woods and water that bugs are even an issue…RENT THE HOUSE! It’s worth every Penny!

Great Location for a family vacation.

My family of 8, (2 adults, 3 college age, 3 teens) had a great time. The house is exactly as pictured. As other reviews states it is smaller than the pictures suggest, but we did not find it to be cramped. The outside of the home was exceptional with plenty of areas to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The pool and views were beautiful. There was also a separate hot tub on the deck. Lastly, we bought our golf cart. The area was idea for driving around and exploring.

Great Time in Texas!

This property was great for my friends and I! The jacuzzi and pool were great and worked wonderful! We were even able to utilize the grill that was there! Everything worked as normal and there was plenty of sleeping space! Will definitely be back!

Great Home!

This home was everything and more! My group and I loved the pool, jacuzzi, grilling area and even looking out over the river! There were more than enough sleeping areas and bathrooms for a group of 7! The beds were comfortable, water pressure strong and hot water was perfect and never ran out! We were able to utilize many of the appliances and everything worked perfectly! When I come back to this area I will be sure to use this home again for my stay!
