The Beverly Bungalow 1BR/BA in the Heart of Phoenix - Grill, Pool & Hot Tub

Relax & unwind at our mid-century bungalow in the heart of Phoenix. This 1BR/1BA condo will comfortably sleep 2 (up to 4 using an air mattress). Our condo is complete with a full kitchen, cozy living room & dedicated work space for the WFH professional. Also included is a shared pool/hot tub to cool off on those hot summer days.

Located in Midtown center to museums, unique bar & restaurant concepts, Chase Field, The Footprint Center - the list goes on. We hope you enjoy all AZ has to offer!

All the amenities you can ask for are provided, including a smart television, record player, WIFI, games and a bedroom/office that provides a mid-century feel. Kitchen is fully stocked with a wine fridge, Keurig, coffee maker and candy dispenser.

After an afternoon of adventures, such as a walk down Roosevelt Row, hiking the nearby trails, or golfing, you and your guests can relax in the pool or hot tub or enjoy a cocktail at one of the many bustling bars nearby. Check out my guidebook for suggestions!

When you stay at The Beverly Bungalow (our little desert version of the Beverly Hills Hotel) not only are you to enjoy a little RNR but you are also minutes from all the fun, food and nightlife you can ask for if you choose to leave the property.

The Beverly Bungalow is located in a very safe, quiet community in Midtown, Phoenix.

The pool, hot tub, and laundry room are in a shared space. The complex is on a chiller/boiler system. Heat Mode: Typically available from late November through April

Cooling Mode: The building switches to the chiller system in warmer months, which provides air conditioning only (no heat during this period)

Only one mode (heat or A/C) operates at a time, and changeover dates are determined by building management based on seasonal temperatures. During spring and fall, outdoor temperatures may fluctuate, but the system will remain in the building’s current mode until the scheduled switch.
