Large 2-story home (3100 sq. ft.) on top of beautiful Mt. Nebo State Park with a spectacular breathtaking bluff view overlooking the Arkansas River Valley and Lake Dardanelle (10181 Sunrise Circle). It features spacious rooms, all glass living room facing bluff, 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths downstairs, 1/2 bath upstairs, central H/A, electric fireplace, screened in porch (586 sq. ft.), linens and towels, kitchen utensils, microwave, gas grill, satellite television/DVD's, Wi-Fi. Pool is located in the state park 2 blocks away. There are no laundry facilities located on the property.
Suitable sleeping accommodations for 2-16 people. 2 queens, 5 double beds (1 built-in) 2 twin beds. Plenty of room outside for kids to have tents, etc. (8 lots).

Great home for family trip to relax!

We’ve come to Mt. Nebo for years since ‘85 and we’ve in the last 16 years stayed here when we’ve been able to get all the family together. The house has anything and everything you’d need to have a great family vacation with the perfect views and lots of opportunities to make memories!!

Great property with an amazing view on Mt. Nebo. We spent hours on the back porch reading, relaxing, doing yoga and enjoying the view. There was a nice breeze most of the time along with multiple fans to help us stay cool while enjoying being outside. We enjoyed the many hiking trails in the area. The house had great wifi to take some work video calls during our stay.

Lovely Getaway spot

Our family enjoyed our stay quite a bit. The views were breathtaking, the house had a lot of space to relax or socialize, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals.During a really bad storm we lost power and the generator kicked in an continued to power the entire house! This house is definitely on our list to visit again.

Idyllic getaway

My family has made a tradition of enjoying the MLK long-weekend on Mt Nebo. We love the views, hiking trails, wildlife, weather, and serenity of this special park. This amazing house makes the trips even more special. The house is beautiful, cozy, and has plenty of space for us to spread out. This was our second stay, and I know we’ll be back.

Beautiful property

We stayed the weekend her with friends after our wedding and the property and home is beautiful! The view is breathtaking and we loved the screened in porch. The house was very comfortable with lots of room for everyone. We will be back again!

It Doesn't Get Any Better Than This!!!

Property was immaculately kept, and the house was only topped by the incredibly jaw dropping view. House was spacious, inviting, and made you feel right at home. Best family vacation we have ever had!

We, as a family, have been staying here for many, many years. As always, we had a great time. Besides a GREAT location, the house has everything one would need for an enjoyable stay. We have enjoyed watching the improvements the owner has made over the years. If one rents this place and doesn’t have a good time it’s there own darn fault.

Son’s wedding

Our family of seven stayed at this amazing house for two nights for our son’s wedding on Mt. Nebo. The house is beautiful and has everything you need plus more! The view was breathtaking and we loved seeing deer everywhere. Would highly recommend this house for a fun family getaway!

Family Thanksgiving

As life goes, our family hasn’t gotten together as often as we should except for funerals lately. We always say we need to gather like we did back when we were children so this year I decided to make that happen. This house was the perfect place to have loved ones gathered. We ate, played board games, ate some more then sat and visited.Much love and fun!

Amazing!

This was a wonderful place for our family to gather. Everything was well thought out: well stocked kitchen, generous seating in dining area, great sleeping arrangements, plentiful seating for screened in porch/outdoor, and pleasant, comfortable furnishings. The view was breathtaking! To have the amenities of Mt. Nebo State Park was icing on the cake. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to go again some time.

It is a beautiful, homey space. What we especially appreciated was the generosity in household items. There were plenty of towels, paper products, kitchen tools, etc. We had 4 sit down meals for 10 people in our 3 days, and had everything we needed in the kitchen.

Something for Everyone!

This Mt Nebo rental has everything you need for a great time away! There are plenty of towels for your whole stay. You can cook together because the kitchen is very well stocked, play games at any of the tables, sit and read or talk looking at the incredible view from the mountain top, head out on an easy walk or difficult hike, play Pickleball at the courts across the street or take the littles to the park a short walk away. No one will be bored😊

Amazing home with Beautiful View!

Best place I’ve ever stayed. Gorgeous remodel, absolute perfection. Lots of space and the sunrise view is the best part. Overlooks 2 cities, a lake, and a river. Mt. Nebo is our favorite place to mountain bike, hike (especially to waterfall), Geocache, and relax! You will love this home and this mountain. Not a crowded place, super friendly people, small and easy to find your way around. I can’t say enough positive things about the owner’s kindness and helpfulness. I recommend highly!

Siblings gathering for solar eclipse.

The main floor is amazing, the kitchen had everything the 8 of us needed, and with 2 full bedrooms and bathrooms on the main floor. The upstairs is a large loft area great for kids or younger adults, older adults may want to stay on the main floor or only venture up for the night in this shared space. The sunrise views are amazing from the screened in porch, and the porch is protected from the harsh evening sun. Plenty of space indoors if the weather turns bad. The mountain offers hiking and great views all around. As a side note, this home and bluff view were absolutely awesome for the solar eclipse.

I am Shirley Kellam welcome to my home. I live in Russellville, Ar. about 15 miles from my Nebo home. I have been a teacher (high school and college), was a competitive bass fisherman for 15 years fishing on the women's Bass Women' s circuit. I have two wonderful and sweet kids (1 son and 1 daughter) and 5 Grand kids. Life is great!!!! AND AS OF NOW 2 GREAT GRAND DAUGHTERS!!!

Why they chose this property

I inherited this property. It has always been a part of my life. I can't imagine not having this home to go and hang out. Now I am renting this, I' m probably the happiest person alive-I can clean this house, hang out, and sit outside on the bluff, relax, etc.
