The apartment is close to Mall, the airport, parks, Grand Haven and many beaches. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the outdoors space, stocked trout pond in a quiet convenient setting.

There is a grill on the deck that you will love to eat and socialize on. All fishing with barb less hooks Catch and Release. You won't hear a peep out of the kids. They'll be too busy walking around the pond having fun.

Amazing host and an amazing place to stay

Was it perfect stay. We stayed there 21 days and loved every moment of it. Can't ask for a better host. Definitely will be coming back next year God willing.

Felt like home!

Very nice place. Cozy and with beautiful backyard. Wonderful location 10 minutes or less to entertainment. Dave, the owner, is very friendly and helpful. Can't go wrong!

Maria and her husband Aaron were wonderful guests along with their 2 boys. It was nice to see they had a great time in the area and enjoyed the Grand Haven beaches and downtown.

Awesome little Get Away

Had a blast. Loation central to everything you can imagine. The deck was awesome and so was the pond and ducks. We enjoyed our stayband the host was on point!🇺🇸🤘

Weekend getaway

This was a nice place to stay. Dave was very informative and gave great guidance for things we wanted to do. The is located less than -0 minutes from downtown Grand Haven and the beaches. We enjoyed his pond out back and ate s’more over the Bon fire. We had a relaxing take out dinner on the back deck. It was very relaxing. We will stay again when we come back to go up to Muskegon.

Country atmosphere close to town

Dave great. Very responsive to questions and wanted to make sure our stay went well. Large comfortable beds. Enjoyed the small pond with the fish. Large wooded yard in quiet area with a large deck overlooking it all. Only drawback is no stove but you could easily cook on the large grill provided

You can Google House on the Move Sternberg to see the Fox 17 news report of the move taking place. My life has been built around customer service and will ensure you have a great stay and will want to return.

Why they chose this property

It has a pond stocked with fish right out the back with five 14' decks. I fell in love with the home the first time I walked in and I hope you will also. Its over 7000 square feet and has the availability of 9 Bedrooms and 4 baths or you can have 2, 4, 5, 7or 9 bedrooms with up to 3 kitchens. Whatever works for you. I can sleep over 40 people here if you have a large group. Get in touch with me to discuss the room you need for weddings and large group gatherings.

What makes this property unique

Fishing, campfires, 2 minutes from the mall, 5 minutes from downtown Grand Haven, and 15 minutes from Muskegon Beaches. There are many bird feeders along the deck and a feeder at the edge of the woods for the animals such as deer, possums, raccoons, ducks, turkeys, and Blue Heron.
