Experience everything Road America and Elkhart Lake have to offer. This 2,500+ sqft home finished construction in November of 2016. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, quartz counter tops and a great open concept layout that makes it easy to relax. The house has a brand new kitchen and island with quartz counter tops and all new stainless steel appliances. A master bedroom with a king bed along with a private master bathroom, tile shower with glass doors and his and hers sinks allow plenty of room for guests. The other 2 bedrooms on the main level share a full bath. Each of the spare bedrooms on the main level has 2 more beds. There is an additional queen bed/bedroom in the basement along with a full bath in the basement. This home comes with all the standard amenities including a washer and dryer and room to park several vehicles in the driveway.

The exterior of the property boasts a beautiful deck looking out towards the 3/4 acre property and Road America's main gate. A patio table and chairs and stainless steel BBQ are also available for guests to use.

With 2 TV's with YouTube TV, WiFi, central air and heating, fireplace, outdoor deck this is the perfect home for your retreat.

Road America Weekend

Clean and very comfortable house

Stayed for 3 nights - everything from the check-in until we left was easy. House was very comfortable, clean, and well stocked. I recommend this house for anyone heading to Elkhart Lake.

Fabulous stay for a Road America weekend

This property was perfect for a weekend at Road America. Easy walking distance to the main gate, and short drive into Elkhart Lake. The house was well stocked, and communication with owners was always quick. We can't wait to book our next stay.

My wife and I were born and raised in Sheboygan County. We love Sheboygan County, Elkhart Lake and all it has to offer. We like to travel and be in the outdoors. I'm a local entrepreneur that owns a local painting company as well as an energy consulting company. My wife works as an office administrator and hair stylist.

Why they chose this property

This is a great property located near (walking distance) Road America's beautiful race track. My family and I grew up near the track and Little Elkhart Lake. My wife and I love this area. We built this house as our primary residence knowing that we wanted to rent it out to racers and families that want to come and enjoy this area.
