Experience everything Road America and Elkhart Lake have to offer. This 2,500+ sqft home finished construction in November of 2016. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, quartz counter tops and a great open concept layout that makes it easy to relax. The house has a brand new kitchen and island with quartz counter tops and all new stainless steel appliances. A master bedroom with a king bed along with a private master bathroom, tile shower with glass doors and his and hers sinks allow plenty of room for guests. The other 2 bedrooms on the main level share a full bath. Each of the spare bedrooms on the main level has 2 more beds. There is an additional queen bed/bedroom in the basement along with a full bath in the basement. The lower level living room features a 75" TV, bar with a beer fridge and access to the patio. This home comes with all the standard amenities including a washer and dryer and room to park several vehicles in the driveway.

I was born and raised in Sheboygan County. We love Sheboygan County, Elkhart Lake and all it has to offer. We like to travel and be in the outdoors. I'm a local entrepreneur that is involved in the community. I have a lot of experience with rental properties both owning and renting and my goal is to have the best experience possible for the guests.
Why they chose this property
This is a great property located near (walking distance) Road America's beautiful race track. My family and I grew up near the track and Little Elkhart Lake. I love this area. This house is built as my primary residence knowing that I wanted to rent it out to racers and families that want to come and enjoy this area.
What makes this property unique
This house has all the amenities of home including beds, full kitchen and island, master suite, deck, BBQ, large yard, patio furniture, etc. We have all the little things included that make a stay great.
