Escape to this enchanting condominium located in the heart of Wild Dunes on the Isle of Palms. 36 Lagoon Villa is a renovated two-bedroom and two full-bath condominium that features a wonderful open floor plan, with views of a tidal lagoon from every room! Located on the second floor (top level), this lovely condominium is decorated with modern coastal colors and offers the perfect setting and spacious layout.
Step inside and you are greeted by the large open great room and kitchen offering bar seating and a vaulted ceiling with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking nature at its best. Granite countertops are a nice touch in the kitchen. The living room offers comfortable seating and dining space for eight (four at the dining room table and four at the kitchen bar). A new 50” flat screen Smart TV is featured in the living room. Looking for a good book? Lagoon Villa has many wonderful beach novels for your enjoyment. Beautiful new hardwood flooring gleams throughout the condominium. Each of the spacious two bedrooms is equally lovely. Both bedrooms have a private bath and open deck with views of the tidal lagoon.
Location is everything, and this condominium offers just that! Just outside of 36 Lagoon Villa, you will find a fishing dock. This hidden getaway is the perfect place to have a snack while snagging a fish or just enjoying the dozens of turtles and birds that call the tidal lagoon home. The Lagoon Villa Community also offers a swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests staying there. The beach is easily accessed just across Palmetto Drive. A beach path along Seagrove Lane will take you down to the sand and wonderful waters of the Atlantic. Just over a block away, you will find the Harbor Golf Course Pro Shop, Dunes Deli, Sweetgrass Conference Center, Sand and Sea Spa, Hudson’s market, and Coastal Provisions.
36 Lagoon Villa is equipped with high-speed internet/Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and parking for 2 cars for your convenience.
Located in Wild Dunes, your family will enjoy its 1,600 acres, two famous golf courses, miles of bike and walking trails, a day spa, 2 ½ miles of beach, as well as many different dining options! Best yet, Wild Dunes is only 30 minutes from Historic Charleston, 20 minutes from fresh seafood at the many restaurants on Shem Creek where the Charleston fish and shrimp fleet ports, and 15 minutes away from shopping in Mt. - Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- From May-September, guests will need a pool pass for Lagoon Villa pool access. (Not needed off-season.) The pools are open year round but are not heated.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the pool at Lagoon Villas, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
