It has its own entrance, separate from the main house. It is in a detached renovated garage that has been completely done over. The space is 350 sqft w/a bedroom (double/full bed), bathroom w/shower and living/dining/kitchen space. The bath has a standup shower. Use of family pool is available. The futon is queen size. Awesome area.Lot's to do beaches are close shopping restaurants.I will return to Palm City and Stuart Florida Kerrie the host is awesome. I will hopefully return .

Beautiful relaxing friendly neighborhood

My daughter and I needed to take care of some rental property business and stayed at this beautiful neighborhood. We did not have much time to spend at the place but morning and night walks in this beautiful area and a nice safe place to stay gives the a 5 star. Glad I found it
