This enchanting property listed on the National Historic Register is a duplex in a residential area with one half available (no common areas). Downstairs is a comfortable living room with large natural gas fireplace, a dining room with seating for 6, a fully equipped kitchen and full downstairs bath with shower and full size laundry. Upstairs features 1 queen bed in the front bedroom and 1 full bed in the middle bedroom. There is also a music room with vinyl and a growing collection of records. There is a full bath upstairs with tub/shower, . All bedding, towels, and soaps are provided with plenty of extras.
Off street parking is limited by size, free on street parking is available but an on-line permit is needed. I can help with that.
