Spacious, new, 60m2 apartment just 300m from the beach.Located in a beautiful estate with trees and flowers, it's just the ideal place for relaxation and unforgettable vacations!
The apartment has 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed, 1 with 2 single beds), living room, kitchen, bathroom. All rooms are fully equipped/furnished including : Air condition in the living room/kitchen area, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, hair dryer, oven, boiler, toaster, coffee machine.
There is also private parking, common-used barbeque.
We also live there, so there is always help/info available!

Very good value for money

Yannis is a wonderful host. Whenever I needed something he was quickly providing the solution including recommending an excellent chiropractor. The apartment is large with 60m2 and has everything you need including the kitchen. During very warm nights the 9h running AC was great for a sound sleep. The appartment has four sleeping places, two outside sitting places/balcons. The beach is a 7 mins walk and several restaurants are within 5 to 10 mins walk. Very convenient is the local grocery store just 7 mins to walk. The to share grill is nice if you like to grill food. All in all one gets a lot for a modest price and much cheaper than in the more touristic areas.
