Welcome to this fabulous 3-bedroom gem only minutes away from the beach in Ponte Vedra, Florida. This beautiful single-family home features 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 1 twin bed, perfect for a comfortable stay. 2 bathrooms equipped with showers and hair dryers, guests will feel right at home. The dining room offers a queen size Murphy bed for extra sleeping space. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.
This property also offers a cottage with 2 twin bunk beds and 2 full bunk beds and sleeps an additional 6 guests. The cottage is not included in the price listed but can be rented for additional sleeping space at $50 per night. The Cottage does not have a bathroom, but an easy walk past the pool to the house for restroom facilities and an outdoor shower.
Outdoor dining seats 6 and a hot tub, 6 Chaise loungers and a Tiki Bar for entertaining. Charcoal grill on site. An incredibly relaxing Koi Pond just outside the living area which is a surrounded in glass windows and slider so you can relax indoors while the kids swim and watch from the heated and cooled area.
Garage offers Foosball table, Air Hockey, Shuffleboard and Corn Hole. Washer and dryer are located in the garage.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure all windows are locked and closed. Please close all blinds and close the dining room curtains.
Please make sure the hot tub is closed. Clean up outdoor items and put back in place. Don't forget to check for your personal items, both outside and inside.
Should you notice anything broken or not working, please let us know. The cleaners start at 10 AM.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
