Escape to paradise in this stylish 1BR/1BA Beachfront condo on the 5th floor of Sunbird Condominium! Enjoy breathtaking Gulf views, direct beach access, onsite pools, and free WiFi. Located right next to the iconic Pineapple Willy’s Restaurant, you’re just steps away from delicious seafood, tropical drinks, and live entertainment.

Step inside to discover a beautiful space designed for relaxation. The open-concept living area is perfect for lounging after a day in the sun, with a sleeper sofa that offers extra room for guests. Enjoy meals with an ocean view from the dining table, or kick back and stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV.

The bedroom is a serene haven with a queen size bed and ample storage, while the bathroom is equipped with a shower/tub combo to unwind after a day at the beach. You'll also find a fully equipped kitchen, ready for anything from quick snacks to full dinners.

This condo is self check-in, but guests are required to stop by the HOA office to pay for and pick up a registration packet. The packet includes:
• A $30 parking pass (per stay)
• Wristbands for resort access at $6 each (required for guests age 12+)

Wristbands grant access to all resort amenities including the fitness center, 3 pools (1 heated seasonally), the tennis court, and of course, the beautiful white-sand beach along the Emerald Coast.
Extras for Your Comfort:
• Free Wi-Fi
• Smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom
• Ceiling fans for added comfort
• On-site laundry (first floor) with complimentary laundry sheets provided
• Starter supply of essentials (paper towels, dish pods, soap, etc.)

Sometimes when you stay at the Sunbird (or any condo owned by individuals) it is hit or miss on how nice the unit will be. I can assure you 503E exceeded our expectations. Super clean, gorgeous views of the ocean, tastefully decorated and it made out stay in PCB much more enjoyable. The Sunbird has made some very nice improvements, and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Highly recommend.

Perfect spot! Me and my husband had a great time. I so enjoyed sitting on the porch and enjoying the views! The kitchen and everything was stocked with all you would need. It does not have a blender..but thats ok. I would definitely book this condo again! It was a 3 day weekend stay bjt it was great!
